Vendor Managed Inventory Through Kanban Part Management

At Peterson’s Welding and Machine, we can ship a required quantity of parts on specific dates or we can help establish a Kan-ban style system. The Kan-ban style system allows us to ship a defined quantity of parts when they are needed. Both methods provide the parts that our customers need when they need them, while we manage the production process and inventory levels. This allows us to efficiently produce parts in quantities that help lower costs to our customer. All while maintaining the inventory and sending invoices as the parts are shipped from our facility.
